We started this company during the pandemic a few years ago. Benite received a phone call inquiring about Braids By Bee Inc. She shared that her son had founded the Dreadlocks Of Love Organization with a promise to create dreadlock wigs for cancer patients. Sadly, she called to inform me of her son's passing and expressed a desire to find
We started this company during the pandemic a few years ago. Benite received a phone call inquiring about Braids By Bee Inc. She shared that her son had founded the Dreadlocks Of Love Organization with a promise to create dreadlock wigs for cancer patients. Sadly, she called to inform me of her son's passing and expressed a desire to find a use for the surplus hair at his home and P.O. box. Given that I own a salon specializing in dreadlock repair, I was interested in helping. I offered to assist in utilizing the hair that was left unused at his facility, as he could not continue his admirable mission. This initiative resonated with me deeply, as I have always cared about dreadlocks. I believe many would have kept their locks if they had access to a specialist for repairs. My goal is distinct; I am already established in this field and aim to be a resource for those who need dreadlocks or custom wigs, which we call BridgeLocs. As a for-profit company, I assure you that the hair will be repurposed meaningfully, becoming a cherished possession for someone new, just as it was for you.
